Hi! We are Susan Hamilton and Patrick Phillips, and we are the owners of Sweetwater Farm Natural Beef. Susan and Pat both come from ranching and farming backgrounds. Pat grew up raising beef and dairy cattle in Wisconsin, and Susan is third generation raising natural grass-fed beef in Southwest Colorado. After working and playing together for over 20 years as commercial Grand Canyon river-rafting guides, we have returned to our roots to raise natural, healthy beef in an environmentally beneficial and sustainable way.
